By the time we stumbled across this property we were weary, tired and a bit disappointed. We had hoped to find a new place & move before 2017 came to an end. Things were looking like we'd have to put our search on hold for the winter & resume in Spring. This was quite literally the last house on the list that met our minimum homestead criteria. (We came close to buying two other properties but for one reason or the other neither of those resulted in a sale).
Located just 15 minutes away from our current Urban Farm in Medford, our new Homestead is on the outskirts of a cute little town called Central Point. We have over 3 acres of land, which includes 2.8 acres of water rights!
More details yet to come, but for now I have to keep a steady packing pace. We close in 9 days!
